【課題】リサイクル性に優れた車両用防音カバーおよびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】積層面１４に突出部１８を形成したカバー本体１２を、当該積層面１４とは反対の面を型開き状態とした成形型の型面に向けた姿勢で設置し、突出部１８の突出端に設けた加工部２２を型面の孔部に挿入した型閉め状態で発泡原料を発泡硬化させることで、加工部２２が表面側に突出する状態で発泡体２４をカバー本体１２の積層面１４に形成する。そして、発泡体２４の表面側に突出する加工部２２を熱カシメ加工して形成した抜け止め部２０とカバー本体１２の積層面１４とで発泡体２４を挟む。【選択図】図３
To provide a soundproof cover for vehicle which is excellent in recyclability, and a method for manufacture thereof.SOLUTION: A foam body 24 is formed on a lamination plane 14 of a cover body 12 in a state that a processing part 22 projects to a front face side in such a manner that the cover body 12, on the lamination plane 14 of which a projection part 18 is formed, is installed in an attitude oriented to a die surface of a molding die of which a surface opposite to the lamination plane 14 is in a die opening state, and a foam raw material is foamed and cured in the die closed state that a processing part 22 provided at a projection end of the projection part 18 is inserted in a hole of the die surface. The foam body 24 is sandwiched between a retaining part 20, which is formed in such a manner that the processing part 22 projecting to the front face side of the foam body 24 is thermally crimped, and the lamination plane 14 of the cover body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
