To set a priority for each driver considering a work of a next process after arrival and a past delay history, and guide a vehicle appropriately so as not to interfere with the work in the next process by predicting an arrival time to a destination and providing route guidance according to the priority.SOLUTION: A driving support device that provides driving support information to a destination for a vehicle which transports articles comprises: a priority determination processing unit 15 that determines a priority for each driver considering a work of a next process after arrival and a driver's past delay history; a driving support information generating unit 18 that generates driving support information to a destination according to the priority; and a distribution unit 19 that distributes the generated driving support information to the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】到着後の次工程の作業や過去の遅延歴を考慮した優先度をドライバーごとに設定し、優先度に応じて、目的地までの到着時間の予測と経路誘導を行うことで、次工程の作業に支障をきたさないように適切に車両を誘導する。【解決手段】物品を輸送する車両に、目的地までの運転支援情報を提供する運転支援装置であって、到着後の次工程の作業やドライバーの過去の遅延歴を考慮した優先度をドライバーごとに決定する優先度決定処理部１５と、前記優先度に応じて、目的地までの運転支援情報を生成する運転支援情報生成部１８と、生成した運転支援情報を前記車両に配信する配信部１９と、を備えるものである。【選択図】図２
