To provide a photographing device effectively photographing an object by flying a camera, and a program.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a photographing device comprises a camera interface, a flight control interface, and a processor. The camera interface transmits and receives data to and from a camera for photographing images. The flight control interface transmits and receives data to and from a flight mechanism that flies the camera. The processor uses the camera to photograph a first image including an object at a first distance, extracts an object region showing the object from the first image, sets a flight route on the basis of the object region, and uses the flight mechanism to fly the camera according to the flight route to thereby photograph a second image including the object at a second distance closer to the object than the first distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】カメラを飛行させて対象物を効果的に撮影する撮影装置及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、撮影装置は、カメラインターフェースと、飛行制御インターフェースと、プロセッサと、を備える。カメラインターフェースは、画像を撮影するカメラとデータを送受信する。飛行制御インターフェースは、前記カメラを飛行させる飛行機構とデータを送受信する。プロセッサは、前記カメラを用いて第１の距離から対象物を含む第１の画像を撮影し、前記第１の画像から前記対象物の対象物領域を抽出し、前記対象物領域に基づいて飛行経路を設定し、前記飛行機構を用いて前記飛行経路に従って前記カメラを飛行させて前記第１の距離よりも前記対象物に近い第２の距離から前記対象物を含む第２の画像を撮影する。【選択図】図１
