To provide an on-vehicle communication device which can inhibit a back-up battery from being removed from a housing during a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A substrate 3 and a buck-up battery 4 are housed in a housing 2. A pattern antenna 16 is printed on one surface 14 of the substrate 3. The buck-up battery 4 is disposed so as not to overlap with the pattern antenna 16 from a direction orthogonal to the one surface 14 of the substrate 3. An on-vehicle communication device 1 is disposed in an instrument panel 5 of a vehicle so that the back-up battery 4 is located behind the substrate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両衝突時にバックアップバッテリが筐体から外れることを抑制できる、車載通信装置を提供する。【解決手段】基板3およびバックアップバッテリ4が筐体2内に収容される。基板3の一方面14には、パターンアンテナ16がプリントされている。バックアップバッテリ4は、パターンアンテナ16に基板3の一方面14と直交する方向から重ならないように配置されている。 そして、車載通信装置1は、車両のインストルメントパネル5内において、バックアップバッテリ4が基板3に対して後側に位置するように配置される。【選択図】図1
