To provide a non-contact charging system which can automatically execute start and stop of the non-contact charging of an on-vehicle battery according to an appropriate vehicle user intention of getting on and off.SOLUTION: Power transmission from a power transmission unit 10 to a power reception unit 20 of a vehicle 2 is started when the following requirements are fulfilled: (1-1) operation information indicates the parking operation of the vehicle 2; and/or (2-1) intention information indicates the intention of the user of the vehicle 2 to get off; and (3) authentication information indicates that the user of the vehicle 2 is an authorized user.
