To create a small size device which was not possible in a conventional coagulation magnetic separator since flock is easily damaged, in addition to provide a ballast water treatment apparatus capable of simultaneously eliminating plastic and micro-plastic drifting on the ocean, and furthermore to provide a vessel and a navigation method for the same solving the contamination problem by plastic and micro-plastic drifting on the ocean.SOLUTION: Down sizing of a magnetic drum capable of eliminating a flock without breaking it and needing a small area is made possible by installing a magnetic drum rotating in a reverse direction to the flow of fluid including flock and varying a flow path by around 180 degrees immediately before contact with the magnetic drum. Plastic and micro-plastic drifting on the ocean is capable of being eliminated at the same time by combining a small size coagulation magnetic separator and a device for destroying and recovering floating plastic. A vessel is capable of eliminating plastic and micro-plastic drifting on the ocean by taking into consideration state of ocean plastic in planned course information of the vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】従来の凝集磁気分離装置では、フロックが破壊しやすいため、小型の装置を作ることができなかった。また、海洋に漂うプラスチックやマイクロプラスチッも同時に除去できるバラスト水処理装置がなかった。さらに、海洋に漂うプラスチックやマイクロプラスチックによる汚染問題を解決する船舶とその航行方法がなかった。【解決手段】フロックを含む流体の流れの逆方向の回転する磁気ドラムを配置し、磁気ドラムとの接触の直前で流路を180度前後、変化させることで、フロックを破断することなく除去でき、必要な面積がすくない、磁気ドラムの小型化が可能となった。小型の凝集磁気分離装置と、浮遊するプラスチックを破壊・回収する装置を君合わせることで、海洋に漂うプラスチックやマイクロプラスチックを同時に除去できる。船舶の計画航路情報に海洋プラスチックの状況を考慮することで、船舶が海洋に漂うプラスチックやマイクロプラスチックも除去できる。【選択図】図9
