To efficiently specify a failure induced travel state when a predetermined failure occurs in a vehicle.SOLUTION: Since presence/absence of a special traveling state is determined on the basis of whether or not frequency distribution in which a pre-failure traveling state appears is divergent with respect to frequency distribution in which a normal running state appears, on the basis of comparison between a special running state in another vehicle 200 and a special running state in a vehicle 10, the pre-failure running state in the vehicle 10 can be properly identified as a failure inducing travel state. Therefore, when a predetermined failure occurs in the vehicle 10, the failure induced travel state can be efficiently identified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12

    【課題】車両にて所定の故障が発生したときに、故障誘発走行状態を効率的に特定する。【解決手段】正常時走行状態が出現する頻度分布に対して、故障前走行状態が出現する頻度分布が乖離しているか否かに基づいて、特殊走行状態の有無が判断されるので、他車両200における特殊走行状態と車両10における特殊走行状態との比較に基づいて車両10における故障前走行状態が故障誘発走行状態として適切に特定され得る。よって、車両10にて所定の故障が発生したときに、故障誘発走行状態を効率的に特定することができる。【選択図】図12
