【課題】大きな改変を必要とすることなく不正通信成立の抑止を可能にした通信不正成立防止システム及び通信不正成立防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両側の第１通信部１８は、スマート照合時、チャレンジレスポンス認証のチャレンジコードをＬＦ送信する。このとき、車両−電子キーでは、チャレンジコード送信後からレスポンスコードが応答されるまでの時間帯Ｔｓの間に、２者間の測距が実行される。すなわち、時間帯Ｔｓの間でＵＷＢ電波Ｓａが送受信され、測距値が算出される。端末側の第１通信部２０は、測距値が妥当であればレスポンスコードをＵＨＦ送信して、チャレンジレスポンス認証を遂行させる。一方、端末側の第１通信部２０は、測距値が妥当でなければレスポンスコードを送信せず、スマート通信を途絶させる。【選択図】図２
