To provide a rotating air-blowing member that allows the air blown therefrom to include functional components such as aroma, deodorant, anti-odor components, and to emit them around, without using agents including functional components.SOLUTION: A rotating air-blowing member includes a synthetic resin, and rotates to blow air. The synthetic resin includes a functional agent that emits functional components. 【課題】機能成分を含んだ薬剤等を準備したり使用したりすることなく、送り出す風に芳香成分、消臭成分、防臭成分等の機能成分を含ませ、周囲に発散することができるものとする。【解決手段】合成樹脂を含んで形成され、回転することで送風を行う回転送風部材であって、前記合成樹脂が、機能成分を発散する機能剤を含む。また、機能剤は、植物精油、芳香族エステル、又はパラベンのうち少なくとも一つを含む。【選択図】図２
