To provide a battery device which cannot be removed by one operation when removing the battery, and also to provide a motor unit and an electric bicycle.SOLUTION: A battery device 6 includes a battery 68, a battery mounting part 61 and a movement restriction part 661. The battery mounting part 61 is capable of mounting the battery 68 thereon, and the battery 68 can be removed along the removal direction D3 from a mounting position where the battery 68 is mounted to a release position where the battery 68 is detached. The movement restriction part 661 restricts movement along the removal direction D3 of the battery 68 between the mounting position and the release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

【課題】バッテリを取り外す際、一度の動作で取り外すことができないバッテリ装置，モータユニット及び電動自転車を提供する。【解決手段】バッテリ装置６は、バッテリ６８と、バッテリ装着部６１と、移動規制部６６１とを備える。バッテリ装着部６１は、バッテリ６８が装着可能であり、バッテリ６８が装着された装着位置からバッテリ６８が外れた離脱位置に向かう取外し方向Ｄ３に沿って、バッテリ６８を取り外すことができる。移動規制部６６１は、装着位置と離脱位置との間で、バッテリ６８の取外し方向Ｄ３に沿った移動を規制する。【選択図】図６
