To provide a lubrication device which can cool two electric motors even during EV travelling.SOLUTION: A cooling lubrication device is a lubrication device of a hybrid vehicle which includes: an input shaft MOP (mechanical oil pump) 51 which is driven by an engine shaft; an output shaft MOP 52 which is driven by an output shaft; a water cooling oil cooler 55; a first electric motor MG1 and a second electric motor MG2; a planetary mechanism 40; a differential 24; and a speed reduction part 56. The lubrication device includes: a first circulation passage 71 for supplying oil to the water cooling oil cooler 55, the first electric motor MG1, the second electric motor MG2, and the planetary mechanism 40 and circulating the oil by the input shaft MOP 51; and a second circulation passage 72 for supplying the oil to the differential 24, the speed reduction part 56, the water cooling oil cooler 55, and the first electric motor MG1 and the second electric motor MG2 and circulating the oil by the output shaft MOP 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
