Abstract

To provide a railway vehicle in which an adjustment work at the time of fitting an outer panel and an inner panel can be simplified.SOLUTION: Plural windows are arranged on side body structures at prescribed intervals in a vehicle body lengthwise direction. Plural outer panels are respectively fitted to the side body structure so that a window is positioned inside an opening which penetrates the outer panel in a thickness direction. Plural inner panels are respectively fitted while being overlapped on an in-vehicle side of the outer panel so as to cover the opening with the inner panel in such a manner that a window opening which penetrates the inner panel in a thickness direction is aligned with the window of the side body structure. As a result, an adjustment work at the time of fitting the outer panel and the inner panel can be simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

【課題】外パネル及び内パネルの取付時の調整作業を簡略化できる鉄道車両を提供すること。【解決手段】複数の窓が車体長さ方向に所定の間隔を空けて側構体に配置される。車体幅方向視において、外パネルを厚さ方向に貫通する開口部の内側に窓が位置するように側構体に複数の外パネルがそれぞれ取り付けられる。内パネルを厚さ方向に貫通する窓開口を側構体の窓に合わせて、内パネルで開口部を覆うように外パネルの車内側に重ねて複数の内パネルがそれぞれ取り付けられる。その結果、外パネル及び内パネルの取付時の調整作業を簡略化できる。【選択図】図４
