PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle panel structure which can inhibit surface distortion caused in a panel by shrinkage of mastic.SOLUTION: A vehicle panel structure S32 includes: a roof panel 16; a reinforcement 20 provided at the vehicle inner side of the roof panel 16; and mastic 50 which bonds the roof panel 16 and the reinforcement 20 to each other. The reinforcement 20 includes: a roof reinforcement 22 forming a longitudinal center part and formed by a material having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than a linear expansion coefficient of the roof panel 16; and an extension 24 forming a longitudinal end part. The vehicle panel structure S32 is provided with: an adhesion part where the roof reinforcement 22 and the extension 24 are bonded by a thermoset adhesive; a joint part 34 where the roof reinforcement 22 and the extension 24 are joined by rivets 38; and long hole parts 46 which is formed in the extension 24 and into which the rivets 38 are inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】マスチックの収縮によりパネルに生じる面歪みを抑制することができる車両用パネル構造を得る。【解決手段】車両用パネル構造Ｓ３２は、ルーフパネル１６と、ルーフパネル１６の車両内側に設けられたリインフォース２０と、ルーフパネル１６とリインフォース２０とを接着するマスチック５０とを備えている。リインフォース２０は、長手方向中央部を構成すると共に線膨張係数がルーフパネル１６の線膨張係数よりも小さい材料で形成されたルーフリインフォース２２と、長手方向端部を構成するエクステンション２４とを備えている。さらに、ルーフリインフォース２２とエクステンション２４とを熱硬化接着剤による接着部及びリベット３８によって接合する接合部３４と、エクステンション２４に形成されてリベット３８が挿通される長孔部４６が設けられている。【選択図】図１
