PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables operators to appropriately learn a situation of triggering off alert transmission in operation management of vehicles.SOLUTION: A control device includes: storage means for storing video data together with time information; alert trigger detection means for receiving data obtained by an on-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle from the on-vehicle device, and transmitting an alert to a display operation device if a trigger for alert transmission is detected on the basis of the data; and video distribution means for obtaining video data for a time period including occurrence time of the alert from the storage means on the basis of a request from the display operation device, and transmitting the video data to the display operation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17

【課題】車両の運行管理において、アラート送信のトリガとなった状況を適切に把握することを可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置において、映像データを時刻情報とともに格納する格納手段と、車両に搭載された車載装置により取得されたデータを当該車載装置から受信し、当該データに基づいてアラート送信のトリガを検知した場合に、アラートを表示操作装置に送信するアラートトリガ検知手段と、前記表示操作装置からの要求に基づいて、前記アラートの発生時刻を含む時間幅の映像データを前記格納手段から取得し、当該映像データを前記表示操作装置に送信する映像配信手段とを備える。【選択図】図１７
