PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide larger force for approaching or contacting with a work object, while restraining an increase in weight of the whole device, in a work device for executing desired work in a state of approaching or contacting with the work object.SOLUTION: A work device 1 comprises force generation means 4 for generating force for contacting the work device 1 with a dam body 3 of a dam and force increasing means 5 for increasing force for contacting the work device 1 with the dam body 3. The force generation means 4 is a thruster, and this thruster 4 can suck water in a cover 15 by rotating a propeller 14 by arranging the propeller 14 in the cover 15. The force increasing means 5 is constituted by providing a plate piece 17 in a flange shape in an outer peripheral part of a tip part in the axial direction of a straightening piece 18. The thruster 4 and the force increasing means 5 are mutually fixed by a bolt by fitting a tip part of the cover 15 in a base end side opening in the axial direction of an inner hole 20 of the straightening piece 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業対象物に近接または接触した状態で所望の作業を行う作業装置であって、装置全体の重量の増加を抑制しつつ、作業対象物に近接または接触させるためのより大きな力を得ることができるようにする。【解決手段】作業装置１は、ダムの堤体３に作業装置１を接触させる力を発生する力発生手段４と、堤体３に作業装置１を接触させる力を増大する力増大手段５とを備える。力発生手段４は、スラスタであり、このスラスタ４は、プロペラ１４がカバー１５内に配置されて、プロペラ１４を回転することで水をカバー１５内に吸引することができる。力増大手段５は、整流片１８の軸方向先端部の外周部に鍔状に板片１７が設けられて構成される。スラスタ４と力増大手段５とは、整流片１８の内穴２０の軸方向基端側開口にカバー１５の先端部がはめ込まれて、ボルトなどで互いに固定される。【選択図】図３
