PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle antitheft system capable of enhancing antitheft performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle antitheft system collates an electronic key 2 using an immobilizer ECU3 in response to an engine starting operation. With the key collation being successful, an engine ECU4 randomly collates one of ECU5 through ECU7 (as another collation). With the another collation being successful, the immobilizer ECU3 and the engine ECU4 are collated. With the collation being successful, the immobilizer ECU3 allows the engine ECU4 to start.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】防盗性の向上を可能にした車両盗難防止システムを提供すること。【解決手段】エンジン始動操作を契機にイモビライザECU3が電子キー2との間でキー照合を行う。キー照合が成立したことを条件に、エンジンECU4がECU5〜7のどれか1つとランダムで照合(他の照合)を実施する。当該他の照合が成立したことを条件に、イモビライザECU3とエンジンECU4との間で照合を実施し、照合成立を条件に、イモビライザECU3がエンジンECU4によるエンジンの始動を許可する。【選択図】図1
