Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dash isolation pad having a multilayer structure excellent in formability and sound absorptivity.SOLUTION: A dash isolation pad comprises a decoupler and a sound-absorbing/insulation layer. The decoupler includes a cocoon cotton felt made of an urethane foam or an octo-lobal-shaped cross-section fiber. The sound-absorbing/insulation layer includes a high rigidity felt made of an octo-lobal-shaped cross-section fiber. The octo-lobal-shaped cross-section fiber has a profile degree (α) of 2.0 to 2.7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】成形性及び吸音性能に優れた多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッドを提供する。【解決手段】デカップラーと吸遮音層を含むダッシュアイソレーションパッドであって、前記デカップラーはウレタンフォーム又は８葉形断面繊維から製造された繭綿フェルトを含み、前記吸遮音層は８葉形断面繊維から製造された高剛性フェルトを含み、前記８葉形断面繊維は異形度（α）が２．０〜２．７である。【選択図】図１
