PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of increasing the power conversion efficiency when supplying electric power from a main power supply line to a sub power supply line.SOLUTION: A power supply system in an embodiment includes; a main power supply line which connects a main battery to an electric power control unit; a sub power supply line which connects a sub battery to an accessory; a first converter 28; a second converter 30; and an ECU (electronic control unit) 60. Each of the converters is capable of supplying the electric power while stepping down the same from the main power supply line to the sub power supply line. One converter (low frequency high efficiency converter) of the first and the second converters has a higher electric power conversion efficiency than that of the other converter (high frequency high efficiency converter) in an area where the output is smaller than a predetermined output threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
