PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin substrate capable of preventing deterioration due to ultraviolet rays or the like.SOLUTION: A resin substrate 10 comprises a base material 11 made of a resin material and a ceramic layer 12 formed on a surface of the base material 11. The ceramic layer 12 is made of carbide-based ceramic or nitride-based ceramic. The base material 11 is polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate. The ceramic layer 12 is a ceramic layer comprising at least one selected from SiC, WC, TiC, TaC, ZrC, VC, HfC, BC, MoC, NbC, CrC, SiN, TiN, AlN, BN, ZrN, TaN, NbN, CrN, VN and HfN.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
