PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information required for estimation of the whole track, even by observation equipment that makes a visual field narrower than a predetermined width.SOLUTION: An observation support device 2 comprises a position identification part 501 for identifying a coordinate of a mobile object detected within a visual field capable of being observed at a time, and an orbit estimation part 502 for calculating a predicted orbit of the mobile object within the visual field, on the basis of the identified coordinate. The orbit estimation part 502 acquires information required for estimation of a position of the mobile object outside the visual field by using the predicted orbit.

【課題】視野が所定の大きさよりも狭い観測機器によっても、全軌道の推定に必要な情報を取得する。【解決手段】観測支援装置２は、１度に観測可能な視野内において検出された移動物体の座標を特定する位置特定部５０１と、特定された座標に基づいて、視野内における移動物体の予測軌道を算出する軌道推定部５０２とを具備する。軌道推定部５０２は、予測軌道を用いて、視野の外側における移動物体の位置の推定に必要な情報を取得する。【選択図】図４
