PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panel member which can improve bending rigidity against a load in a wavelength direction of a corrugated plate part, a press die for press molding the panel member, and a method for manufacturing the panel member.SOLUTION: A panel member 20 formed of a fiber-reinforced resin material is provided with a corrugated plate part 22. In the corrugated plate part 22, a lateral wall part 28 is connected to a standing wall part 24 through a bent part 26. The lateral wall part 28 is provided with a general part 28A extending in a wavelength direction of the corrugated plate part 22 (a direction of an arrow W). A plate thickness t1 of the general part 28A of the lateral wall part 28 is set thinner than a plate thickness t2 of the standing wall part 24. The general part 28A does not contain bubbles having a diameter at least larger than that of reinforced fibers. The orientation direction of the reinforced fibers arranged in the general part 28A of the lateral wall part 28 is set in the wavelength direction of the corrugated plate part 22 (the direction of the arrow W).

【課題】波板部の波長方向の荷重に対する曲げ剛性を向上させることができるパネル部材、前記パネル部材のプレス成形用とされたプレス型、及び前記パネル部材の製造方法を得る。【解決手段】繊維強化樹脂材で成形されたパネル部材２０は、波板部２２を備えている。波板部２２は、横壁部２８が曲げ部２６を介して立壁部２４に接続されている。横壁部２８は、波板部２２の波長方向（矢印Ｗ方向）に延びる一般部２８Ａを備えている。横壁部２８の一般部２８Ａの板厚ｔ１は、立壁部２４の板厚ｔ２よりも薄く設定されている。また、一般部２８Ａは、少なくとも強化繊維よりも大径の気泡を含有していない。横壁部２８の一般部２８Ａに配置された強化繊維の配向方向は、波板部２２の波長方向（矢印Ｗ方向）に沿う方向に設定されている。【選択図】図３
