PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the joining rigidity of a fiber-reinforced resin panel which is joined to a metal panel with rivets.SOLUTION: In a battery frame 10, an upper panel 18 is formed of a carbon-fiber reinforced resin, and a first reinforcement 14 is formed of a steel plate. Then, head parts 44 of rivets 40 are arranged at the upper panel 18 side, and radial dimensions of the head parts 44 are set larger than caulked parts 46 of the rivets 40. Therefore, a contact area between the rivets 40 and the upper panel 18 can be set large compared with the case that the caulked parts 46 are arranged at the upper panel 18 side. By this constitution, a peripheral part of a first joining hole part 34 at the upper panel 18 can be supported by a large area by the head parts 44 of the rivets 40. As a result, the fracture or the like of the peripheral part of the first joining hole part 34 at the upper panel 18 is suppressed.

    【課題】金属製の金属パネルにリベットによって接合された繊維強化樹脂製の樹脂パネルの接合強度を確保する。【解決手段】バッテリフレーム10では、アッパパネル18が炭素繊維強化樹脂製とされ、第1リインフォースメント14が鋼板製とされている。そして、リベット40の頭部44がアッパパネル18側に配置され、頭部44の径寸法がリベット40のかしめ部46よりも大きく設定されている。このため、かしめ部46がアッパパネル18側に配置される場合と比べて、リベット40とアッパパネル18との接触面積を大きくできる。これにより、アッパパネル18における第1接合用孔部34の周縁部をリベット40の頭部44によって大きな面積で支持できる。その結果、アッパパネル18における第1接合用孔部34の周縁部の破断等が抑制される。【選択図】図1
