PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly perform the handling work of a workpiece work auxiliary device which assists work to a workpiece.SOLUTION: There is arranged a lever body 20 which extends to a vertical direction, whose middle part in a longitudinal direction is pivoted to a fixed-side member 4 side by a pivoting implement 21, whose lower end part is made to serve as an input part 26, and which has a weight 27 in which an upper end part side approaches F so as to be capable of approaching F and separating G from the pivoting implement 21 by its own weight. When a support table 3 moves frontward A in a state that the support arm 12 is go-turned B from its erecting posture and brought into a laid-down posture, a recess 13 of the support arm 12 is engaged with the input part 26 of the lever body 20. The support arm 12 is return-turned C from the laid-down posture by the frontward movement A of the support table 3 in the engagement state, the support arm 12 is returned to the erecting posture, and the engagement of the input part 26 of the lever body 20 with the recess 13 of the support arm 12 is released. Prior to the release of the engagement, the weight 27 of the lever body 20 is separated G from the pivoting implement 21 by its own weight.

【課題】ワークへの作業を補助するワーク用作業補助装置についての取り扱い作業が容易かつ円滑にできるようにする。【解決手段】縦方向に延び、長手方向の中途部が固定側部材４側に枢支具２１により枢支され、下端部が入力部２６とされる一方、上端部側が自重により枢支具２１に対し接近、離反Ｆ，Ｇ可能に接近Ｆ移動した重り２７を有するレバー体２０を設ける。支持アーム１２をその起立姿勢から往回動Ｂさせて横臥姿勢にした状態で支持台３が前方移動Ａするとき、支持アーム１２の凹部１３がレバー体２０の入力部２６に嵌合する。嵌合状態のままでの支持台３の前方移動Ａにより支持アーム１２が横臥姿勢から復回動Ｃさせられて、支持アーム１２が起立姿勢に戻されると共に支持アーム１２の凹部１３に対するレバー体２０の入力部２６の嵌合が解除される。嵌合の解除の手前で、レバー体２０の重り２７が自重により枢支具２１から離反Ｇ移動する。【選択図】図１
