Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-submergence type automobile seat, an automobile and a design method of the anti-submergence type seat. The automobile seat comprises an anti-diving seat cushion, an anti-diving safety air bag and an anti-diving seat. The anti-diving safety air bag is mounted in a cushion of the anti-diving seat; and the anti-diving seat cushion is mounted on the anti-diving seat. The design method of the seat is based on the anti-diving type automobile seat and comprises the steps that firstly, the installation position and size of the anti-diving safety air bag are determined; 2, determining the mounting position and size of a foam sensor; step 3, carrying out analogue simulation; and 4, real vehicle verification is carried out. The anti-diving safety air bag is installed below the seat cushion, when the air bag control unit detects that the downward pressing speed and the downward pressing distance of seat cushion foam are large, the air bag can be automatically exploded, the dummy is lifted, the dummy is prevented from diving, and injury to passengers is relieved; and meanwhile, the safety air bag is hidden below the seat cushion foam, so that the riding comfort is not influenced.

本发明是一种防下潜式汽车座椅、汽车及防下潜式座椅的设计方法。该汽车座椅包括防下潜座椅坐垫、防下潜安全气囊和防下潜座椅；所述防下潜安全气囊安装在防下潜座椅坐垫内；所述防下潜座椅坐垫安装在防下潜座椅上。所述座椅的设计方法，基于所述一种防下潜式汽车座椅，包括：步骤一、确定防下潜安全气囊安装位置及尺寸；步骤二、确定泡沫传感器安装位置及尺寸；步骤三、进行仿真模拟；步骤四、进行实车验证。本发明在座垫下方安装防下潜安全气囊，当气囊控制单元检测到座垫泡沫下压速率和下压距离较大时，气囊会自动点爆，将假人抬高，防止假人下潜，减轻乘员伤害；同时由于安全气囊隐藏在座垫泡沫下方，因此不会对乘坐舒适性造成影响。
