When a first flow is smaller than a preset value, a second flow of oil output by a power source is larger than the first flow, and the oil flow of the input side of an electric proportional valve is larger than the oil flow of the output side; the conditions of unstable action, shaking and the like of the electric proportional valve caused by underflow under the condition that the oil flow is small are avoided; when the first flow is larger than the preset value, the third flow of the oil output by the power source is smaller than the first flow, the speed of conveying the oil to the working device by the electric proportional valve is increased, and energy consumption is avoided; the matching relation between the flow of the electric proportional valve and the flow of the oil provided by the power source is ensured through the preset first corresponding relation between the flow of the oil output by the power source and the opening degree of the electric proportional valve, the micro-motion performance and the speed regulation performance of the electric proportional valve are improved, vibration and noise are reduced, accurate control over the electric proportional valve is achieved, and the service life of the electric proportional valve is prolonged. Meanwhile, energy loss of the whole system is reduced, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
本发明公开了一种叉车工作装置的控制方法及系统,涉及液压控制领域,当第一流量小于预设值时,动力源输出油液的第二流量大于第一流量,电比例阀的输入侧的油液流量大于输出侧的油液流量,避免油液流量小的情况下由于欠流量导致的电比例阀的动作不稳定与抖动等情况;当第一流量大于预设值时,动力源输出油液的第三流量小于第一流量,提高电比例阀向工作装置输送油液的速度,避免能耗;通过预设的动力源输出油液流量与电比例阀开度的第一对应关系来确保电比例阀流量与动力源提供的油液流量的匹配关系,提高电比例阀的微动性能及调速性能,减少震动和噪音,实现对电比例阀的精确控制,同时减小整个系统的能量损失,节能减排。
