The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for determining management and control measures of a traffic road, a storage medium and an electronic device, and the method comprises the steps: determining a target traffic flow located at a second position in a target road before a target accident occurs under the condition that the target accident occurs at a first position of the target road, the direction from the first position to the second position is a traffic flow direction deviating from the target road; determining input data based on the target traffic flow and the predicted processing time of the target accident; inputting the input data into a target model to determine a target vehicle speed of a target position of the target road at a preset moment; and determining management and control measures for the target road based on the target vehicle speed. Through the method and the device, the problem that the determined management and control measures of the traffic road are inaccurate in the prior art is solved, and the effect of improving the accuracy of the determined management and control measures of the traffic road is achieved.

本发明实施例提供了一种交通道路的管控措施的确定方法、装置、存储介质及电子装置，其中，该方法包括：在目标道路的第一位置发生目标事故的情况下，确定在发生目标事故之前，位于目标道路中的第二位置的目标车流量，其中，由第一位置指向第二位置的方向为背离目标道路中的车流方向；基于目标车流量以及目标事故的预计处理时间确定输入数据；将输入数据输入至目标模型中，以确定目标道路的目标位置处在预设时刻的目标车辆速度；基于目标车辆速度确定对目标道路的管控措施。通过本发明，解决了相关技术中存在的确定的交通道路的管控措施不准确的问题，达到提高确定交通道路的管控措施准确性的效果。
