Abstract

The gate lifting appliance comprises a bottom plate, two supporting tables are symmetrically arranged on one side of the upper surface of the bottom plate, a U-shaped supporting frame is movably connected between the two supporting tables, and telescopic assemblies connected with the U-shaped supporting frame are arranged on the supporting tables; the middle of the U-shaped supporting frame is rotationally connected with a pulley through a mounting frame, a winch is mounted on the upper surface of the bottom plate, a traction rope is wound around the winch, the other end of the traction rope is connected with the lifting beam after bypassing the pulley, and a positioning assembly used for limiting the lifting beam is arranged on the U-shaped supporting frame. The gate hoisting device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in safety performance and capable of greatly improving the gate hoisting efficiency and safety.

本发明涉及水轮发电机组闸门吊具，包括底板，底板的上表面一侧对称设有两个支撑台，两个支撑台之间活动连接有U型支撑架，支撑台上设有与U型支撑架连接的伸缩组件；U型支撑架的中部通过安装架转动连接有滑轮，底板的上表面安装有卷扬机，卷扬机上卷绕有牵引绳索，牵引绳索的另一端绕过滑轮后与提升梁连接，且U型支撑架上设有用于限位提升梁的定位组件。本发明具有结构简单，操作方便，安全性能高，能够大大提高闸门吊装的效率和安全性。
