Abstract

An overhead transmission line X-ray inspection device based on an unmanned aerial vehicle platform relates to the technical field of circuit inspection, and comprises an X-ray machine and an imaging plate, the X-ray machine and the imaging plate are both arranged on an angle adjusting mechanism, the angle adjusting mechanism slides in a bearing mechanism, and the angle adjusting mechanism is provided with a power mechanism in a transmission mode. And the angle adjusting mechanism is used for driving the power mechanism and enabling the X-ray machine and the imaging plate to synchronously rotate around the power transmission line under the guidance of the bearing mechanism, namely shooting and checking the power transmission line at different angles. Therefore, the situation that the damage of the connection fitting or the power transmission line is not found due to single-angle shooting in the process of carrying out nondestructive inspection on the connection fitting and the power transmission line by using an unmanned aerial vehicle and an X-ray machine is avoided.

一种基于无人机平台的架空输电线路X射线检查装置，涉及电路检查技术领域，包括X光射线机以及成像板，所述X光射线机以及成像板均设在角度调整机构上，角度调整机构滑动在承载机构内，角度调整机构传动有动力机构，角度调整机构用于传动动力机构并在承载机构的导向下，令X光射线机以及成像板围绕输电线同步转动，即在不同角度拍摄检查输电线。以避免在利用无人机和X光射线机对连接金具以及输电线进行无损探伤过程中，因单角度的拍摄而造成连接金具或输电线损伤未被发现的情况出现。
