The invention discloses an antenna common-caliber integrated energy system module and a preparation method thereof. The system module at least comprises a solar cell array, a planar antenna array, an energy storage battery pack, a power supply control system and a light support frame, in the length direction, the light supporting frame comprises a plurality of thin hollow assemblies and thick hollow assemblies. In the width direction, the light supporting frame comprises a thin hollow assembly. The thick hollow assembly is provided with a transmission cable interface. The solar cell array and the planar antenna array are fixed on the light support frame through springs; and the energy storage battery pack and the power supply control system are arranged in the thick hollow assembly and are connected with the solar cell and the antenna through transmission cable interfaces. The system module not only integrates a solar cell array and a planar antenna array, but also transfers an energy storage battery pack and a power supply control system from the inside of a cabin to the outside of the cabin and integrates the energy storage battery pack and the power supply control system onto a load, so that the volume and the weight of the aircraft are greatly reduced, and light-weight, intelligent and high-quality power supply capability is realized.

    本发明公开了一种天线共口径集成能源系统模块及其制备方法,系统模块至少包含:太阳电池阵、平面天线阵、储能电池组、电源控制系统、轻质支撑框架;在长度方向上,轻质支撑框架包含若干个细中空组件和粗中空组件;在宽度方向上,轻质支撑框架包含细中空组件;粗中空组件上设有传输线缆接口;太阳电池阵、平面天线阵通过弹簧固定在轻质支撑框架上;储能电池组、电源控制系统设于粗中空组件内,通过传输线缆接口与太阳电池和天线相连接。系统模块不仅将太阳电池阵与平面天线阵进行集成,而且将储能电池组与电源控制系统从舱内转移到舱外,并集成到载荷上,大大减轻飞行器体积重量,实现轻量化、智能化、高品质的电源供应能力。
