The invention relates to an inner gear ring rotating in-place slewing mechanism which comprises an inner gear ring, a gear, an inner gear ring support, a pulley fixing plate, a lifting pulley, a variable-amplitude roller and a steel rope, the inner gear ring is matched with the gear, the inner gear ring support is installed on the inner gear ring, the pulley fixing plate is installed on the inner gear ring support, the lifting pulley is installed on the pulley fixing plate, and the variable-amplitude roller is installed on the steel rope. The variable-amplitude roller is mounted above the hoisting pulley, and the steel rope bypasses the hoisting pulley and the variable-amplitude roller. Compared with the prior art, the rotary joint is changed into an inner gear ring structure, so that the device is suitable for a holding pole with a small structural size; the variable-amplitude roller is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene material, so that the friction coefficient is reduced and the wear resistance is enhanced; the pulley fixing plate is of a structure with the narrow middle and the two wide ends, an original nut connection mode of the anti-falling pin shaft is changed into a welding mode, the anti-falling pin shaft is polished to be flat, and the problem that friction is generated between the pulley fixing plate and the anti-falling pin shaft is solved. And the supporting ribs are welded, so that the problems that the steel rope is easy to fall off and the pulley fixing plate is easy to deform are solved.

    本发明涉及一种内齿圈旋转就位回转机构,包括内齿圈、齿轮、内齿圈支架、滑轮固定板、起吊滑轮、变幅滚轮和钢绳,内齿圈和齿轮相互配合,内齿圈支架安装在内齿圈上,滑轮固定板安装在内齿圈支架上,起吊滑轮安装在滑轮固定板上,变幅滚轮安装在起吊滑轮上方,钢绳绕过起吊滑轮和变幅滚轮。与现有技术相比,本发明具有将旋转节改为内齿圈结构,适合于结构尺寸小的抱杆;变幅滚轮选用四氟材料,减小了摩擦系数和增强耐磨性;滑轮固定板为中间窄两端宽的结构,将防脱落销轴由原先螺母连接方式改为焊接方式并打磨平整,解决了滑轮固定板和防脱落销轴产生摩擦的问题;焊接支撑筋,解决了钢绳易脱落和滑轮固定板易变形的问题等优点。
