The invention relates to a self-assembly double-flat-arm derrick which comprises a rotary joint, a derrick body, a mast, a flat arm, a hinge, a hoisting pulley block, a hoisting rope and traction equipment, the rotary joint is installed at the top end of the derrick body, the mast is installed on the rotary joint, the flat arm is connected with the rotary joint through the hinge, two hanging points are arranged on the flat arm, the hoisting pulley block is installed at the top of the mast, and the hoisting rope is connected with the hoisting pulley block. And the hoisting rope bypasses one end of the hoisting pulley block to be connected with the hanging point, and the other end of the hoisting pulley block is connected with traction equipment. Compared with the prior art, the derrick mast is used for derrick assembly, and the self-assembly function of the flat arm derrick is achieved under the condition that a crane cannot enter a mountainous terrain to be matched with the mountainous terrain; the hoisting pulley block extending out of the mast body is arranged, so that the risk of friction between a steel wire rope and the mast in the assembling process is avoided; the height of the mast is increased, so that the end part of the flat arm can reach the position of the rotary joint in the assembly process, and the safety coefficient of the derrick mast and the hoisting performance of the derrick are improved.

    本发明涉及一种自组装双平臂抱杆,包括回转节、抱杆杆身、桅杆、平臂、铰链、起吊滑轮组、起吊绳和牵引设备,回转节安装在抱杆杆身顶端,桅杆安装在回转节上,平臂通过铰链和回转节连接,平臂上设有两个挂点,起吊滑轮组安装在桅杆顶部,伸出桅杆杆身,起吊绳绕过起吊滑轮组一端连接挂点,另一端连接牵引设备。与现有技术相比,本发明具有利用抱杆桅杆进行抱杆组装,实现了山区地形吊车无法进场配合的情况下平臂抱杆的自组装功能;设置伸出桅杆杆身的起吊滑轮组,避免了组装过程中钢丝绳与桅杆摩擦的风险;桅杆高度加高,在组装过程中可使平臂端部能够到达回转节位置,提高了抱杆桅杆的安全系数以及抱杆的吊装性能等优点。
