The invention provides a high-speed train increasing method and device with time window constraints in consideration of passenger requirements. The method comprises the steps that a first train increasing optimization model with profit maximization as a target is constructed, and a second train increasing optimization model with passenger travel requirements maximized as a target is constructed; constraint conditions are determined, overflowing passenger travel requirements and existing train operation data are obtained, the passenger travel requirements comprise a train taking time window and train taking departure and arrival requirements, and the existing train operation data comprise a train route, a train station stopping scheme set and train interval operation time; according to constraint conditions, passenger travel demands and train operation data, the first train increasing optimization model and the second train increasing optimization model are solved, and a first train increasing scheme and a second train increasing scheme are obtained. In this way, the train increasing scheme which considers economic benefits and meets the travel requirements of passengers is achieved.

    本申请提供了一种考虑乘客需求具有时间窗约束的高铁列车增开方法及装置,所述方法包括:构建以最大化利润为目标的第一列车增开优化模型,以及构建以最大化满足乘客出行需求为目标的第二列车增开优化模型;确定约束条件,以及,获取溢出的乘客出行需求和现有的列车运行数据,所述乘客出行需求包括乘车时间窗口和乘车出发到站需求,所述现有的列车运行数据包括列车路线、列车停站方案集合、以及列车区间运行时间;根据约束条件、乘客出行需求和列车运行数据,分别对所述第一列车增开优化模型和所述第二列车增开优化模型进行求解,得到第一列车增开方案和第二列车增开方案。如此,实现了一种考虑经济效益、且满足乘客出行需求的列车增开方案。
