The invention relates to the technical field of container position detection, in particular to a container position detection device and a method thereof.The container position detection device comprises a base, supporting devices are fixedly connected to the middle of the left end and the middle of the right end of the base, and supporting devices are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the supporting devices; base plates are fixedly connected to the front portion and the rear portion of the upper end of the base, detection devices are fixedly connected to the middles of the upper ends of the four base plates, the two left detection devices and the two right detection devices are symmetrically installed, a controller is fixedly connected to the middle of the right end of the right supporting device, and a wire is connected to the middle of the rear end of the controller in a penetrating mode. The end, away from the controller, of the wire is fixedly connected with a control box, and the lower end of the control box is fixedly connected with an adjusting device. According to the container position detection device and method, the four detection devices are used for conducting laser position detection on the four points of the container, and the container position detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及集装箱位置检测技术领域,尤其为一种集装箱位置检测装置及其方法,包括底座,所述底座左端中部与右端中部均固定连接有支撑装置,所述支撑装置下端均固定连接有支撑装置,所述底座上端前部与上端后部均固定连接有垫板,且四个垫板上端中部均固定连接有检测装置,且左部两个检测装置和右部两个检测装置呈对称安装,右部所述支撑装置右端中部固定连接有控制器,所述控制器后端中部穿插连接有导线,所述导线远离控制器的一端固定连接有控制箱,所述控制箱下端固定连接有调节装置。本发明所述的一种集装箱位置检测装置及其方法,利用四个检测装置对集装箱的四个点进行激光位置检测,提高集装箱位置检测的效率。
