The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic lifting platforms, and particularly relates to a control method for stable lifting of a proportional valve hydraulic lifting platform system, which comprises the following steps: determining and recording optimal control parameters in a debugging mode; entering a normal lifting mode and acquiring a lifting command and a target height; determining the opening direction of the proportional valve; the opening degree of a proportional valve corresponding to each oil cylinder is adjusted in real time; lifting is stopped after a stop command is received or a target height is reached. The extension amount of each hydraulic oil cylinder of the lifting platform is obtained through the linear displacement sensors arranged in the hydraulic oil cylinders, and the opening degree of the proportional valves corresponding to the hydraulic oil cylinders is controlled through a stable lifting control algorithm, so that the lifting platform rapidly and stably ascends, and the phenomenon that a lifted workpiece falls off due to inclination of the platform is avoided.

本发明属于液压升降平台技术领域，具体涉及一种用于比例阀液压升降平台系统平稳升降的控制方法，包括：在调试模式下确定并记录最优控制参数；进入正常升降模式并获取升降命令及目标高度；确定比例阀开度方向；实时调节比各个油缸所对应比例阀开度；收到停止命令或到达目标高度停止升降。本发明通过置于液压油缸内的直线位移传感器，获取升降平台各个液压油缸的伸出量，通过平稳升降控制算法，控制各个液压油缸所对应比例阀的开度，从而实现升降平台快速平稳上升，避免平台发生倾斜导致托举工件掉落的现象。
