The invention provides a vertical pile foundation fabricated wharf integrated construction device and a method thereof.The vertical pile foundation fabricated wharf integrated construction device comprises two symmetrically-arranged cross beam sliding rails, three sets of telescopic supporting mechanisms movably arranged at the bottoms of the two cross beam sliding rails and two bridge cranes slidably arranged on the two cross beam sliding rails, and the vertical pile foundation fabricated wharf integrated construction device is used for hoisting the pile foundations, pile caps and beam slabs; the number of each set of telescopic supporting mechanisms is two, the telescopic supporting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the bottoms of the two cross beam sliding rails, each telescopic supporting mechanism comprises a telescopic supporting column, a displacement driving mechanism and a locking mechanism are arranged at the top end of each telescopic supporting column, and the displacement driving mechanisms are used for driving the telescopic supporting mechanisms or the cross beam sliding rails to move. Permanent structures such as a pile foundation and a pile cap are used as fulcrums, permanent and temporary combination is achieved, meanwhile, the structure is erected on the pile, the device can adapt to severe sea conditions, the project progress and safety are guaranteed, meanwhile, wharf construction full-component hoisting can be achieved, the requirement for on-site ship equipment is reduced, and the project cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种垂直桩基的装配式码头一体化施工装置及其方法,包括两个对称设置的横梁滑轨、活动设置在两个横梁滑轨底部的三组伸缩支撑机构,以及两个滑动设置在两个横梁滑轨上的桥式起重机,用于桩基、桩帽和梁板的吊装,其中,每组伸缩支撑机构的数量为两个,且对称设置在两个横梁滑轨底部,伸缩支撑机构包括可伸缩支撑柱,可伸缩支撑柱的顶端设置有位移驱动机构和止锁机构,位移驱动机构用于驱动伸缩支撑机构或横梁滑轨进行位移。通过桩基和桩帽等永久结构作为支点,实现永临结合,同时支立于桩上结构,能更适应恶劣海况,保障了工程进度和安全,同时能实现码头施工全构件吊装,减少了现场船舶设备的需求,降低了工程成本。
