The CO2 transmission device comprises a tower structure (2) and a CO2 transmission steel pipe (14), wherein the tower structure (2) is provided with a YOKE rigid arm structure (13); two ends of the platform CO2 transmission steel pipe are respectively connected with the platform CO2 transmission hose by arranging expansion joints (9); a connecting arm structure (11) is also fixed at the front end of the YOKE rigid arm structure; the device further comprises a mooring supporting structure (4) located at the bow position of the CO2 storage and transportation ship (1), and a liquid CO2 cabin (5) of the CO2 storage and transportation ship is provided with a pumping mechanism and a liquid CO2 transmission steel pipe (3). The liquid CO2 transmission steel pipe is arranged on the mooring support structure; and the end part of the liquid CO2 transmission steel pipe is connected with a liquid CO2 transmission hose. Through combined application of the CO2 transmission steel pipe and the hose, the transmission system has certain flexibility while the transmission function is guaranteed, and hard damage to a transmission pipeline is avoided. Pipeline connection and disassembly are efficient and rapid, rapid disconnection of the CO2 transport ship can be achieved, and the loading and unloading efficiency of the CO2 transport ship is improved.

本发明公开了一种具有定位功能的CO2传输装置，包括配设YOKE刚臂结构(13)的塔架结构(2)，以及CO2传输钢管(14)；平台CO2传输钢管两端分别通过设置膨胀节(9)连接了平台CO2传输软管；YOKE刚臂结构的前端还固定了连接臂结构(11)；装置还包括位于CO2储运船(1)船头位置的系泊支撑结构(4)，CO2储运船的液态CO2舱(5)设置了泵送机构和液态CO2传输钢管(3)；液态CO2传输钢管布置在系泊支撑结构上；液态CO2传输钢管的端部连接了液态CO2传输软管。本发明CO2传输钢管与软管的结合应用保证了传输功能的同时也使传输系统具有一定柔度，避免传输管路出现硬破坏。本发明管路连接与拆卸高效快捷，可实现CO2运输船的快速解脱连接，提高CO2运输船的装卸效率。
