The invention provides a charging, replacing and storing integrated station, and the station comprises a monitoring system which is used for guiding the standing position of a vehicle through a vehicle control system, carrying out the authentication of the vehicle, carrying out the battery replacing operation of the vehicle through a battery replacing device, and controlling a charging device to charge a battery; the vehicle control system is used for acquiring vehicle information, guiding a vehicle position and indicating a vehicle battery replacement state; the charging and battery replacing station is used for providing a battery replacing site for the vehicle, replacing the battery and charging the replaced battery; the monitoring system is matched with the vehicle control system and the charging and battery replacing station, and unattended vehicle battery replacing and battery charging are achieved. The method has the advantages that the optimal charging and battery swap control process logic is formed based on the current equipment condition of the whole station, the number of available battery boxes in the station, the station battery swap condition, the current predicted vehicle battery swap condition and other comprehensive conditions, and multi-equipment orderly automatic charging and battery swap process control of the whole station is achieved.
