The invention provides a pre-folded hierarchical energy-absorbing structure. A first part and a second part are coaxially nested and connected through an induced shear-resistant energy-absorbing ring rib and are axially spaced by a preset distance; the first part comprises a hexagonal hierarchical corrugated energy absorption pipe, induction type anti-shearing energy absorption ring ribs arranged in an axial array mode along the inner circumferential side of the hexagonal hierarchical corrugated energy absorption pipe, and variable cross-section body-centered cubic lattice filling arranged in a cavity in the periphery of the hexagonal hierarchical corrugated energy absorption pipe in a filling mode. And the second part comprises a metal thin-wall energy-absorbing inner pipe and a staggered Kagome pre-folded energy-absorbing structure filled in the metal thin-wall energy-absorbing inner pipe. The energy absorption structure can release energy in three stages, aims to solve the problems of heavy mass, high peak force, unstable energy absorption process and poor mechanical property in the prior art, is matched with different impact speeds and impact stages at the same time, and can better protect passengers when facing different types of impacts.
