The invention provides a pre-folded hierarchical energy-absorbing structure. The energy absorption structure can release energy in three stages, aims to solve the problems of heavy mass, high peak force, unstable energy absorption process and poor mechanical property in the prior art, is matched with different impact speeds and impact stages at the same time, and can better protect passengers when facing different types of impacts.
本发明提供了一种预折叠层级吸能结构，通过诱导式抗剪吸能环肋同轴嵌套相连且轴向间隔预定距离的第一部分和第二部分；第一部分包括六边形层级波纹吸能管、沿六边形层级波纹吸能管内周侧轴向阵列排布的诱导式抗剪吸能环肋和填充在六边形层级波纹吸能管外周空腔内的变截面体心立方晶格填充。第二部分包括金属薄壁吸能内管及其内部填充的错位Kagome预折叠吸能结构。该种吸能构造可分三阶段进行释能，旨在解决现有技术中质量重、峰值力高、吸能过程不稳定、力学特性不佳的问题，同时针对不同冲击速度与冲击阶段进行适配，在面对不同类型冲击时能更好地保护乘客。
