一般种基于土石抛洒的灭火车，其特征在于，诉述的挖土机构工作时对土进行旋切，并将土石运送到前输送机构上。所述的前输送机构位于底盘的下方并且可以将土石送到后输送机构上，所述的后输送机构将土石从底盘的下方运送至底盘后方的存土箱，所述的底盘前方设有驾驶室，控制灭火车行走及机构的行走，并且底盘的两侧设有抛洒机构，控制对土石抛洒的距离。该利用土石抛洒的灭火车可以解决起火点离水源较远或是水源不足的问题，而且利用土石灭火可以节省救援时间，提高了救援的效率。
