The invention provides a construction method and system of a monorail scheduling model, a scheduling method and system and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. The construction method of the monorail dispatching model comprises the following steps: constructing a target function which is used for minimizing delay time of all trains running on double rails to arrive at a terminal station; constructing a scheduling judgment constraint condition for detecting whether any train is a single-track scheduling train object or not; constructing a safe driving constraint condition which is used for enabling the operation of any train to meet the target safety condition; based on the objective function, the scheduling judgment constraint condition and the safe driving constraint condition, a single-rail scheduling model is constructed, and the single-rail scheduling model is used for scheduling the single-rail when one fault line section exists in the line sections of the double rails. And determining the target departure time of each train on the stations at the two ends of the faulty line section running on another line section without the fault. The invention aims to reduce train delay of a double-track railway when a single track fails.

    本申请提供一种单轨调度模型的构建方法、调度方法、系统和存储介质,属于轨道交通的技术领域。所述单轨调度模型的构建方法包括:构建目标函数,所述目标函数用于使双轨道上运行的所有列车到达终点站的延误时间最小;构建调度判断约束条件,用于检测任一列车是否为单轨调度的列车对象;构建安全行驶约束条件,用于使任一列车的运行满足目标安全条件;基于目标函数、调度判断约束条件以及安全行驶约束条件,构建单轨调度模型,所述单轨调度模型用于在所述双轨道的线路段中的存在一条故障线路段时,确定所述故障线路段两端的车站上各个列车在另一条未发生故障的线路段上运行的目标出发时间。本申请旨在减少双轨道铁路在单轨故障时的列车延误。
