本发明提出一种智能仓储设备的平层稳定器，其特征在于，包括：变频马达、联动轴、曲柄机构、支撑梁以及固定器，所述变频马达安装于轿厢底部，其通过联动轴与曲柄机构相连，所述支撑梁上设有由宽度方向贯穿梁体的穿孔，所述曲柄机构包括传动曲柄和水平连杆，所述水平连杆穿设于所述穿孔当中，其一端通过传动曲柄与联动轴相连，所述固定器设于楼层的墙体上并与平层后的穿孔正对，所述水平连杆在变频马达的驱动下具有由穿孔伸出并搭接于固定器上的第一状态，以及回缩离开固定器的第二状态。在轿厢平层后由水平连杆搭接于固定器上提供支撑力，保证轿厢与楼层地面的平层精度，使得货物能平稳运输，此结构可以大大提高搬运强度和精度。
