The invention discloses a method and device for controlling an automatic lifting system and a controller. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a corner of a container; determining a target corner change rate according to the corner; the operation stage of the container is determined according to the corner; under the condition that it is determined that the container is in the lifting stage, the target rotation angle change rate is corrected according to the motor torque change rate of the main drive motor, so that the corrected target rotation angle change rate is obtained; under the condition that it is determined that the container is in the descending stage, the target rotation angle change rate is corrected according to the actual rotation angle change rate, so that the corrected target rotation angle change rate is obtained; and the speed of the automatic lifting system is controlled according to the corrected target rotation angle change rate. The speed of the automatic lifting system is controlled based on the corner change rate of the container, the speed of the automatic lifting system in the lifting and descending process can be more accurately controlled, and therefore the impact force of the container on the frame is effectively reduced.

本申请公开了一种用于控制自动举升系统的方法、装置及控制器。该方法包括：获取货箱的转角；根据转角确定目标转角变化率；根据转角确定货箱所处的运行阶段；在确定货箱处于举升阶段的情况下，根据主驱电机的电机扭矩变化率修正目标转角变化率，以得到修正后的目标转角变化率；在确定货箱处于下降阶段的情况下，根据实际转角变化率修正目标转角变化率，以得到修正后的目标转角变化率；根据修正后的目标转角变化率控制自动举升系统的速度。本申请基于货箱的转角变化率控制自动举升系统的速度，能够更为精确地控制自动举升系统在举升和下降过程中的速度，从而有效降低货箱对车架的冲击力。
