    本发明公开了一种翼型风帆复材骨架结构及其制备方法,所述骨架结构包括骨架本体和固定连接在骨架本体内的多个加强筋梁,所述骨架本体包括第一单体、第二单体、第三单体和第四单体,所述加强筋梁、第一单体、第二单体、第三单体和第四单体内均设置有若干个碳纤维复合材料预浸料层,所述骨架本体内的碳纤维复合材料预浸料层数与加强筋梁内的碳纤维复合材料预浸料层数比为1:1。与现有技术相比,本发明的一种翼型风帆复材骨架结构及其制备方法,其能够提高整体帆叶的强度以及刚度,可以提高风帆的抗风能力,适用于海上恶劣复杂的环境,船舶使用风帆助力,可以降低燃油消耗,减少碳排放,具有重量轻、成本低、生产周期短、强度高、耐环境腐蚀好等优点。
