According to the technical scheme, the lightweight organic honeycomb plate sheet layer structure system comprises a honeycomb plate main board, a plurality of cylindrical holes are formed in the honeycomb plate main board, and the lightweight organic honeycomb plate sheet layer structure system further comprises aerogel plates arranged in the cylindrical holes in a filling mode; the honeycomb plate is formed by pasting a skin on a honeycomb plate main plate, the honeycomb plate main plate is made of countless cylindrical holes with hexagonal cross sections, the cylindrical holes are filled with the prepared modified aerogel plate, the effect of filling and stabilizing the structure can be achieved firstly, the aerogel plate is small in density, light in weight and large in hardness, and the honeycomb plate is not prone to deformation. The honeycomb plate has good heat insulation performance and temperature insulation performance, so that when the honeycomb plate is filled in the cylindrical holes, the overall structural strength and the heat insulation performance of the honeycomb plate can be enhanced, and the increase of the plate weight is reduced as much as possible; meanwhile, the good mechanical strength of the plate can reduce structural damage caused by sound wave resonance.

本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种轻量化有机蜂窝板片层结构体系，包括蜂窝板主板，所述蜂窝板主板上设置有若干柱形孔，还包括填充设置在柱形孔中的气凝胶板；这种蜂窝板是在蜂窝板主板上贴皮而成的，蜂窝板主板上由无数个截面形状为六边形的柱形孔制成，将制备得到的改性气凝胶板填充设置在柱形孔之中，首先可以起到填充稳定结构的作用，其次气凝胶板的密度小重量轻硬度大，且具有良好的隔热性以及隔温性，因此将其填充在柱形孔中，可以增强蜂窝板的整体结构强度以及隔热性能，而且尽可能的减少板重的增加；与此同时，这种板件良好的机械强度可以减少因声波共振所产生的结构损伤。
