The invention provides an intelligent control method and device for quick charging of a battery, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a real-time battery state parameter when a vehicle battery is charged; judging whether the real-time battery state parameters conform to a combined quick charging condition or not; when the real-time battery state parameters meet the combined quick charging condition, combined charging is carried out on the vehicle battery based on a constant-current stepped charging mode and a positive and negative pulse charging mode; and when the real-time battery state parameters do not meet the combined fast charging condition, the vehicle battery is charged based on a constant-current stepped charging mode. Therefore, the method and the device can improve the charging rate of the vehicle battery and realize the high-power fast charging effect of the power battery.
