The invention relates to the technical field of tires, in particular to an inflation-free vacuum tire. The tire comprises a tread layer and a tire body cord fabric layer, the tread layer is arranged above the tire body cord fabric layer and located at a tire crown, and pattern grooves are formed in the surface of the tread layer; the tire further comprises a puncture-proof airtight layer, the puncture-proof airtight layer is fixedly arranged between the tread layer and the tire body cord fabric layer or fixedly arranged below the tire body cord fabric layer, the puncture-proof airtight layer comprises one or more layers of canvas, and warp and weft of the canvas are formed by combining a plurality of filaments. The canvas forms a stab-resistant airtight layer in a glue dipping and coating manner; the puncture-proof airtight layer at least covers the position from the seam allowance to the tire shoulder, and the lower end of the puncture-proof airtight layer extends to the position of the seam allowance to form a reverse wrapping structure. According to the vacuum tire, the puncture resistance and the air tightness of the tire are improved through the puncture-proof airtight layer consisting of the gum-dipped and gum-coated canvas.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,尤其涉及一种免充气真空轮胎。该轮胎包括胎面层和胎体帘布层,胎面层设于胎体帘布层的上方并位于轮胎胎冠处,所述胎面层的表面设有花纹沟槽;该轮胎还包括了防刺气密层,所述的防刺气密层固定设置在胎面层和胎体帘布层之间或固定设置在胎体帘布层下方,防刺气密层包括一层或者多层帆布,帆布经线和纬线由多根细丝组合构成,所述的帆布通过浸胶及覆胶的方式形成防刺气密层;所述的防刺气密层至少覆盖子口到胎肩位置,并且防刺气密层的下端延伸至子口位置并形成反包结构。该真空轮胎通过由浸胶及覆胶的帆布组成的防刺气密层来提升轮胎的防刺性和气密性。
