The stroke self-adjusting mechanism of the automobile seat adjusting handle comprises a fixing support and a rotatable handle driving shaft arranged on the fixing support in a penetrating mode, a mounting groove is formed in one end face of the fixing support, and the side, corresponding to the mounting groove, of the handle driving shaft is sleeved with a rotating disc; a rotating groove is formed in the end face, opposite to the fixed support, of the rotating disc, when the rotating disc covers the fixed support, a mounting chamber is formed between the rotating groove and the mounting groove, a rotating disc driving mechanism fixedly arranged on the handle driving shaft in a sleeving mode is arranged in the mounting chamber, and the rotating disc driving mechanism can drive the rotating disc to rotate clockwise/anticlockwise. Stroke adjustment can be achieved by changing the distance of the stay wire when the handle is adjusted, after the handle is released, the mechanism is automatically locked, the handle can automatically return to the initial position, then the mechanism can be operated in a reciprocating mode to achieve large-range stroke adjustment, forward and reverse reciprocating adjustment of the handle can be achieved, and the good self-locking function is achieved in the static state; and the locking reliability after adjustment is ensured.

本申请涉及一种汽车座椅调节手柄的行程自调节机构，包括固定支架以及穿设于固定支架可旋转的手柄驱动轴，固定支架的一端面设置有安装槽，手柄驱动轴与安装槽相应的一侧套设有旋转盘，旋转盘与固定支架相对的端面设置有转动槽，旋转盘盖设于固定支架时，转动槽和安装槽之间形成安装室，安装室内设置有固定套设于手柄驱动轴的转盘驱动机构，转盘驱动机构可驱动旋转盘顺时针/逆时针转动。本申请可以在调节手柄时改变拉线距离实现行程调节，放开手柄后机构自动锁止且手柄可自动回到初始位置，进而可往复对其进行操作来实现大范围的行程调节，实现了手柄可正向、逆向往复调节且在静止状态下具备良好的自锁功能，且保证了调节后的锁止可靠性。
