The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle body structures, particularly provides a vehicle body assembly and a vehicle, and aims to improve the comfort experience of passengers in the rear row to at least a certain extent by improving the connection mode between a rear wheel bag assembly and a rear floor assembly. To this end, the vehicle body assembly of the present invention comprises: a rear floor assembly; a rear wheel bag assembly; and the connecting part is arranged in a connecting area between the rear wheel bag assembly and the rear floor assembly and is connected with the rear wheel bag assembly and the rear floor assembly respectively. By means of the structure, the connectivity between the rear wheel bag assembly and the rear floor assembly can be enhanced through the arrangement of the connecting component, so that the torsion resistance of the area where the rear wheel bag is located is improved, and then the comfort experience of passengers in the rear row is improved at least to a certain degree.
