The invention discloses a four-wheel hub motor-driven vehicle energy-saving torque distribution method considering motor faults, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the actual output torque of a motor according to a sensing signal of a four-wheel hub motor through a fault mode recognition module; judging the fault mode type of the motor according to the voltage, current, motor temperature and motor driver temperature of the motor and the actual required torque of the motor; selecting a fault mode control mode; optimizing a target function by utilizing an energy-saving distribution strategy and performing target optimization by utilizing a constraint module; and obtaining an energy-saving torque distribution result of the four-wheel hub motor driven vehicle by utilizing an optimization solving module. The problems that traditional torque distribution neglects the difference of efficiency of all motors, and the energy utilization rate under the condition of motor faults or performance degradation is difficult to guarantee are solved.

    本发明公开了一种考虑电机故障的四轮轮毂电机驱动车辆节能扭矩分配方法,涉及新能源汽车技术领域,包括以下步骤:利用故障模式识别模块根据四轮轮毂电机的传感信号获得电机实际输出转矩,并结合电机的电压、电流、电机温度、电机驱动器温度和电机实际需求扭矩,判断电机故障模式类别;选择故障模式控制方式;利用节能分配策略优化目标函数及约束模块进行目标优化;利用优化求解模块获得四轮轮毂电机驱动车辆节能扭矩分配结果。本发明解决了传统扭矩分配忽视各个电机效率的差异性,且难以保证在电机故障或者性能衰退情况下的能量利用率的问题。
