The invention discloses a road berth night time-limited parking method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring road information, road surrounding information and parking space construction information of a road without parking space construction; according to the road information, obtaining the maximum pre-construction parking space number corresponding to the road information; according to the road surrounding information, the night parking demand is obtained; according to the parking berth construction information, the berth resource supply amount around the road is obtained; according to the nighttime parking demand quantity and the parking space resource supply quantity, the nighttime parking gap quantity is calculated; if the night parking gap amount is greater than a gap threshold value, acquiring road traffic jam information of a road without parking spaces, and acquiring a road night jam time period in the road night time period according to the road traffic jam information; if the road night congestion time period is smaller than the congestion time threshold value, the minimum value of the maximum pre-built parking space number and the parking gap amount serves as the night time-limited parking space number, and the night time-limited parking time period is calculated according to the road night time period and the road night congestion time period.
